Okay, so note - We're taking out the Animal Form and I want to take out the Shadowplay as well.
Reasoning for no Animal Form - Shifting into animal forms is going to be delegated to shifter races.
Reasoning for no Shadowplay - To more distinctively develop powers with levels, we're going to clarify this power and give it 1-10 rankings. This may happen to Hypnotism as well, but that remains to be seen.
I will make foot notes for things edited in or out in the original post as well.
